Jake Barwood and Oscar Schumacher are classically trained chefs, who met in 2017 whilst studying at Le Cordon Bleu.
Jake's work has focused on event dining, including as event chef at Jackson Boxer’s Brunswick House, alongside Carousel in Fitzrovia. Jake’s work also champions the importance of excellence in school meals, and through his work with Chefs In Schools, he won the Craft Guild of Chef’s Public Sector Chef of the Year in 2022.
Oscar brings a taste of London's refined dining scene, with a background spanning from acclaimed restaurants like Pidgin, top-tier caterers, and more recently with work as a development chef.
